The price and location were fantastic. There was no dresser but there was ample closet space

Stayed in a combination of three accomodations; a small unit which was basically a BR; a really nice 1 BR with a LR and really nice 'kitchen' area, then a perfecly lovely full BR with a balcony over looking the water.

The perfect minimalist lodging for someone who just wants to be at the beach. Very comfortable bed. Nice tv. Appreciated the streaming options. I was concerned about the temperature with the window-unit A/C, but it worked great and kept us completely comfortable. Adequate shower/bathroom facilities. An opportunity for improvement is to provide a place to put things.Bathroom: There was nowhere to put our toiletries except the back of the toilet, but the toilet tissue was in that spot.Main room: There was no place to put our luggage other than on the floor or the kitchen table. A simple folding luggage rack (inexpensive on Amazon) would be helpful. Same for the kitchen - a shelf along the empty wall is needed and could be added inexpensively. We had all of our stuff on the table, and we used a chair for our luggage, so we had to eat while sitting on the bed.
