North Beach of Clearwater Beach is where you want to be. It’s quiet but close enough to walk 10 min to all the shops and bars. All the mega hotels which in my opinion ruined CB are on south beach on the other side of the roundabout. The beaches on North beach are quiet but not dead. No crazy crowds. Parking is better but if you stay here or another hotel or property you have your parking space. Leave the car! This property was excellent. Located right on the bay with two awesome docks for you to hang out on, the pool is great and big enough to not feel crowded with other guests. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of towels. The kitchen is really nice with newer appliances. The main bedroom has a huge deck to sit and enjoy the great view. The beach is literally two minute walk so basically across the street from the property. And the Late bar Shipwreck is around the corner which I liked after a long day with the kids. Adult time!!! But the patrons are respectful and not loud to where it disturbs the motels and Rental units which surround it. There is also jet ski rentals available next door to this property. But I wasn’t interested. The owner or property manager made the check in process super easy. 3pm on the dot I was sent the code to the door on check in day and that was it. That simple! The only thing that I didn’t like was a 10am check out time. In my opinion should be 11am. I will definitely stay here again. Enjoy!!
